Step Down Outpatient Treatment Program

Chrysalis is offering a new co-occurring group designed to help women step down from residential or primary chemical health treatment. The program is also for women who need additional support to use community-based support groups and/or systems.

The group meets twice a week for ten weeks. The group focuses on making adjustments in early sobriety, relapse prevention, and developing sober support networks.

The program includes:

  • Groups facilitated by an LADC trained in mental health and in DBT
  • DBT skills learning incorporated into the group
  • Short-term mental health services during the 10-week treatment
  • Parenting classes (optional)
  • Urine analysis (available)
  • Assistance in connecting with community resources to provide ongoing services if necessary
  • 12-Week co-occurring Aftercare group (optional)
