FASD Case ManagerResponsibilities:The FASD Case Manager is a member of a multi-disciplinary team serving chemically dependent women with a variety of health needs and concerns including FASD. Responsibilities include client and child FASD screening, carrying a caseload, home visits, facilitating a monthly support group, ensuring participants receive services for diagnosed FASD, and maintaining client and project evaluation records. Qualifications:

Contract TherapistResponsibilities:Provide short and long term psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, families, and groups. Obtain insurance authorizations as needed. Maintain client files. Attend bi-monthly case consultation. Qualifications:
Position:The therapist is a contracted position, so no benefits are included. The position is between 15-20 hours per week with one evening.
