FASD Case Manager

Responsibilities:

The FASD Case Manager is a member of a multi-disciplinary team serving chemically dependent women with a variety of health needs and concerns including FASD. Responsibilities include client and child FASD screening, carrying a caseload, home visits, facilitating a monthly support group, ensuring participants receive services for diagnosed FASD, and maintaining client and project evaluation records.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in social work, psychology, or related field
  • Three years experience working with women and children
  • Two years case management experience
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Commitment to working with diverse clients
  • Ability to maintain a calm presence
  • High degree of comfort with a computer and record keeping
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must own car and be able to make home visits

Position:

The FASD Case Manager is a grant funded position. It is 40 hours per week with full benefits. The position reports to the Manager of Mental and Chemical Health Services. Salary DOQ.

Contract Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide short and long term psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, families, and groups.  Obtain insurance authorizations as needed.  Maintain client files.  Attend bi-monthly case consultation.

Qualifications:

  • LP, LMFT, CNS or LICSW
  • 3 years post license clinical experience required
  • Experience with DBT and co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Provider in managed care networks a plus
  • Experience working with diverse populations and multiple client issues
  • Computer skills required

Position:

The therapist is a contracted position, so no benefits are included.  The position is between 15-20 hours per week with one evening.

Salary Range:

The rate of pay is $33 per hour for Master’s level therapists and $37 per hour for PhD level therapists.
