Assessments

Chrysalis offers a safe, supportive environment for chemical health assessments. Assessments can be completed during walk-in hours or by appointment.

Walk-in

Rule 25 assessments are available Tuesday and Thursday on a first-come, first-served basis. Agency doors open at 8 am to sign up.
